Kasey Palmer:

Kasey has been competing in various endurance events including running, swimming, cycling, and multi-sport, for the last 5 years, with a focus on Ironman distance triathlons. Kasey trains recreational endurance athletes along with elite athletes attempting to qualify for races such as the Boston Marathon and Kona Ironman World Championship. Kasey’s coaching resume includes:

Eric McGill:

Eric has been competing and coaching in strength sports such as Strongman, Olympic Weightlifting, Highland Games, and Kettlebell Sport for 17 years. Eric trains multiple National and World level athletes along with recreational fitness men, women, and kids. Eric has been mentored by some of the most respected and best lifters in their respective sports. Eric has an impressive coaching resume to go along with his years of training:

Welcome to a better way to work this winter! The off season is the perfect time during the year to change up your routine and have a chance to focus on building strength and engaging your muscles in a way you couldn’t during your racing season. Muscular endurance is a key element to endurance and ultra endurance events. We have paired up with Eric to bring a wealth of strength training knowledge and developed an off season strength building program specific to endurance athletes.

This program will bring you the opportunity to work with two coaches, Eric and Kasey, during the winter to develop strength while maintaining your endurance base. The program will work you through building maximal strength and then focusing on more race specific muscular endurance. Don’t miss your chance to do something different this winter, so you can do something different during your race season!
